Judge Direct Placement Hiring for Director Human Resources Information Technology at Kansas City, Missouri Full Time

The Judge Group is currently seeking a HRIS Director for a large food manufacturing company in the Kansas City, MO area.

COMPENSATION: 125k plus bonus

RELOCATION: Is available for the right candidate

WORKSITE: There will be the opportunity to work from home once a week after the first 6 months

MUST HAVE: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Information Systems

MUST HAVE: 5+ years experience administering HRIS and financial related systems

MUST HAVE: Must have expert knowledge of Human Resources and Accounting practices and software systems

MUST HAVE: Familiarity with ADP Vantage, JD Edwards and Carlisle software packages

RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Supervise two HRIS Analysts responsible for desktop level support for HRIS and Financial record keeping systems (ADP Vantage, JD Edwards, Carlisle, etc.)

– Support user groups in all areas including Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting, Procurement, Operations and Maintenance, etc

– Support implementations of new processes and system tools and modules

– Resolve problems and perform scheduled activities

– Handle and maintain confidential materials (Financial and Personnel records

– Create reports / queries

– Create SOPs

– Perform data audits

REQUIREMENTS:

– Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Information Systems

– 5+ years experience administering HRIS and financial related systems

– Must have expert knowledge of Human Resources and Accounting practices and software systems
