Position Description:
New hires will undergo a 90-day orientation period in which job duties will include; Establishing ongoing rapport with the defined contact (s) to acquire requested legal documents through telephone, email, fax, etc. You will also be responsible for monitoring progress to coordinate the acquisition of legal documents and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the process itself. Upon successful completion of the 90 Day orientation period, you will be transitioned/promoted to a Legal Administrative Assistant (various positions available). Job Duties will include; Monitoring/Auditing existing cases to ensure legal documents are received within established deadlines. Data entry of new client orders into proprietary software system. Serving of legal documents to appropriate parties. Client customer service, to include attorney/paralegal contact. Processing of requested documents and records. Quality assurance checks of final product delivery.

Qualifications

-No experience necessary. Paid training.
-High School diploma or GED – BA is a plus
-Basic office skills such as Microsoft Office, answering phones, faxing and filing of confidential documents, basic internet and email utilization, etc.
-Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities
-Medical – Legal terminology is a plus
-Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
