KBR is seeking a

Logistics Specialist (Expendables Transportation SME)

to join our Orange Park, Florida location.

Role and Responsibilities:
Supports FRCSE FST Department Program Management Division (PMD) with oversight, management and execution of the transportation of Air Expendable Countermeasures (AECM) products, both foreign and domestic. Duties include reporting and tracking of deliverables and reconciling past-due deliveries.

Additional responsibilities include:
Assists government appointed AECM Transportation Specialist support PMA-272 F-35 and Department of Navy (DoN) FMS Case Managers, FMS/F35 Product Support Manager and Case Manager.

Provide expert support in the areas of program logistics support to ensure Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) delivery term codes are executable for transport.

Supports PMD AECM with integrated logistics support of off-shore procurement to facilitate global supply chain policies and processes in support of F-35 Joint Fighter countermeasure requirements as per the Letter of Offer and Acceptance identifying issues and providing solutions for executable action plans.

Assists AECM Transportation Specialist and Case Managers in completing pre-case assessments in support of the Letter of Offer (LOR) from Foreign Partners in support of the future Letter of Acceptance (LOA).

Assists AECM Transportation Specialist with preparation and review of the Transportation Plan for all FMS Cases as required by regulations.

Supports Program Management Reviews (PMR) as directed/requested by FMS Case Manager providing information and direction regarding processes and procedures.

Communicates daily/weekly as required via MS Teams and email responding to transportation/logistics issues with multiple stakeholders to resolve complicated supply chain challenges i.e., Cancelled Air Mobility Command (AMC) to Israel, frustrated materiel at Aerial Ports, assist to resolve contracting actions on Delivery Term Codes (DTC), MARK FOR, SHIP TO, SUPPAD.

Assists AECM Transportation Specialist with tracking, tracing, monitoring of material and required receipt of documents Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF, DD-1348 ISSUE RELEASE/RECEIPT DOCUMENT Bill of Ladings, additional documents as required) from procurement contracts and US Navy stock ensuring proper packaging, timely Notice of Availability (NOA)s notifications as specified by the Delivery Term Code in the LOA, CONUS transportation, Customs Clearance, Freight Forwarders support and responses as required until final delivery to the FMS Country.

Ensures related shipping documents are input to Acquisition Program Management Tool (APMT) per deliverable of each line on the LOA.

Review and assists as needed ensuring documents are input in Worldwide Ammunition-data Repository Program (WRAP) to support technical data Ammo Data Card (ADC) as per Contracts. Ensure ADCs are available and sanitized for FMS Countries.

Basic

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related experience. In lieu of degree an additional 8 years of experience is required.

Must have an active Secret Clearance.

Must have working knowledge of the following:
Title 10 Public Law, Appropriation Laws, Federal Acquisition Regulations,), Integrated Product Support (IPS).

Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) Chapter 7.

Additional Responsibilities:
This position requires a self-starter who requires limited oversight. Excellent written and oral communications skills required.

Applicant shall demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and experience in Project

Management/Contracting.

Applicant must be familiar with aspects of project planning from developing requirements to fielding.

Applicant must be able to perform detailed administrative, financial, and analytical tasking support to PMD and the Program Office.

The applicant must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite of software tools (Project, Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point) and stated as such in resume.

Preferred Skills:
Department of Transportation (DoT) Certification for the movement of Hazardous Material.
