What’s a typical day as a Human Resource Assistant? You’ll be:

• Acts as first point of contact for customer inquiries
• Creates or updates tickets within case management system, JIRA, to include all details on the inquiry
• Consults with various functions (HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll and IT
• Communicates with participant or other functional areas to resolve basic outstanding problems.
• Prepares general communication to employees, retirees and other participants on a wide variety of HR and benefit programs

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, striving for highest level of accuracy.
• Proficient with basic Microsoft Word functions, including general correspondence, and merges.
• Proficient with basic Microsoft Excel functions, including sorting, formulas, and filters.
