**This job may be an outstanding fit if you:**
+ Have 1-2 years of Human Resources Experience.
+ Experience with HRIS such as PeopleSoft is required.
+ Previous Data Entry Experience.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
+ Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Able to multi-task while maintaining great attention to detail.
**What’s a typical day as a Human Resources Coordinator?**
+ Performing data entry in the company’s employee information management database.
+ Assisting with Tier 1 inquiries and determine the appropriate level of escalation to resolve each inquiry.
+ Auditing reports for compliance and progress.
+ Processing terminations and review exit survey data.
+ Helping maintain employee files.
