Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

Job Summary
Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a full-time, twelve-month, non-tenure track Assessment and Communications Librarian and Librarian Assistant Professor faculty position in the Kennesaw State University Library System that begins in January 2023.
Rank and salary are firm.
The majority focus of the position will be strategically crafting and communicating the outward message of the KSU Library System services, resources, and events to students and faculty.
Because several events take place on weekends or during the evenings, the position will occasionally be required to work during these times to serve the needs of the students and faculty. Although based on the Kennesaw campus, the person may need to work out of the Marietta campus or other affiliated locations occasionally.

Librarianship (85 %)
Service (10%)
Scholarship (5%)
Participate in scholarship, research, and/or creative activity. Contribute to the development of the library profession and/or subject-specific discipline through scholarship, presentations, and publications.
Required Qualifications
An earned Master’s degree, or the foreign equivalent, in Librarianship and Information Science, or a master level equivalent accredited program recognized by the American Library Association. Graduating students in December 2022 are eligible to apply; degree must be earned by start date.

Annual salary of $52,476.
