Your Responsibilities will include:
Leveraging KDP policies and procedures, this role will solve routine problems of limited scope (as assigned).
Apply guidance, basic principles, and concepts to provide responses to business and HR inquires managed through our Compliance Inbox.
Apply company principles towards adjudications of employment screening results.
Research and track against changing state employment laws on a limited basis.
Partner with team members to provide best in class training on compliance matters to the broader HR team and supporting business partners.
Learn and become proficient in the subjects of DOT and SAP driver programs and requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred and 2 years of experience in HR Compliance or progressive HR Generalist roles; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge or interest in continued education and understanding areas of employment policies, processes, and best practices in enterprise-wide HR practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to effectively partner across the business at all levels
Extraordinarily detail oriented and ability to track against multiple work streams simultaneously while following specific, detailed instructions
Demonstrated maturity when dealing with highly confidential information
