National Insurance Sales Recruiter Overview: The National Insurance Sales Recruiter will assist in the development of hiring strategies to acquire top-tier local sales talent in specific geographic territories. The National Insurance Sales Recruiter will travel to various geographic territories to assess and recruit local insurance sales executives for ongoing sales in the designated territory. This role will deliver full lifecycle sales recruiting support for assigned DTE (Direct to Employer) business units in collaboration with hiring managers to include sourcing, identifying, pre-screening/qualifying, interviewing, negotiating salaries and closing sales candidates.
National Insurance Sales Recruiter Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to identify high potential insurance sales candidates in specific geographic areas.
Lead hiring efforts for complex and/or senior level roles; craft and implement end-to-end recruiting strategies that leverage internal hiring data and market insights / trends to address the needs of the business.
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that result in effective ongoing talent pipelines aimed at filling open sales roles effectively and efficiently across multiple states.
Seeks creative solutions for sourcing candidates in a way that positions the Company and product brand strongly in the marketplace.
Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions and recruiting activities to ensure Company and legal compliance with employment practices, policies and processes.
Create and implement effective and efficient sourcing plans for attracting high quality sales candidates. This includes deliverables, timelines and tracking progress with measurable metrics.
Be the face of the company in dealings with both internal and external candidates, live up to and represent our company values.
Provide regular status updates to the Regional Director as requested, meet, or exceed hiring goals and deliverables as defined by each project.
Serve as a business partner with sales leaders to develop effective sourcing and recruiting strategies that result in the attainment of top-tier producer and senior sales leader talent.
Deliver a compelling brand message with the ability to tell our story and passionately convey the Company value proposition to candidates.
Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities of the National Insurance Sales Recruiter:
Must have significant years of full-cycle recruiting experience with managing the end-to-end recruiting process in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Ability to travel occasionally.
Proven track-record of directly sourcing top-tier sales and senior leader talent.
Ability to leverage innovative research and sourcing strategies to meet staffing needs, understand industry trends and the competitive landscape.
Knowledge of recruitment strategy, messaging, and branding.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills, strong attention to detail.
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches across different locations and states.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of selection process and successfully manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of urgency, proactive attitude, and ability to get things done.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and flex as needs and priorities change.
Professional demeanor and business savvy.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong recruitment-related intuition.
Proficiency with basic computer applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Outlook.
Healthcare or Insurance industry recruiting experience strongly preferred.
