– Graduate of an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school – Completion of an approved residency program in Anesthesia – Board eligible in primary care specialty; certification desired – Unrestricted license to practice in Missouri – Satisfies the credentials requirements for Hospital medical staff appointment – Demonstrates the ability to coordinate clinical activities of staff members – Demonstrates ability to function within an employed clinical environment – Demonstrates consistent clinical competence and ethical practice – Current valid and unlimited Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration number and applicable state
