HR
· Recruit, interview and hire for all departments using Indeed, Facebook, LinkedIn and Staffing agencies.
· Process new hires, obtain and review all paperwork.
· Run E-Verify, background checks, drug screens.
· Maintain time clock, enter employee info.
· Track employee attendance.
· Download timesheets, review for accuracy, work with managers for approval.
· Track sick leave and paid time off for all eligible employees.
· Maintain checklist for changes in employee benefits, pay rates, time off, etc.
· Submit weekly payroll data to third-party processor in a timely manner.
· Keep record of wage garnishments, loans and other payroll deductions.
· Keep employee data and paperwork up to date.
· Directly mitigate and mediate complaints and employee disputes.
· Process reviews, promotions, terminations and disciplinary reports.
· Assist with safety coordination and efforts.
· Keep record of safety incidents.
· Keep up to date on state and federal regulations and post information for employees.
· Document policies and procedures.
· Assist with coding labor dollars to jobs.
· Maintain physical and digital files.
· Coordinate with temp staffing agencies, as needed.
OFFICE MANAGEMENT
· Answer phone, handle incoming emails and postal mail.
· Maintain copies of important company documents, certificates of insurance, business licenses.
· Maintain confidential information.
· Gather credit card and other receipts to submit to home office.
· Create purchase requests, submit to home office, track purchase order receipt of goods.
· Maintain asset purchase records and assist with asset tracking.
· Coordinate office needs such as supplies, cleaning and repairs.
· Monitor information on all company jobs and projects.
