Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree, preferably in Human Resources or other closely related field
3+ years employee relations experience
5+ years Human Resources experience
1+ year(s) supervisor or leadership experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comprehension of Spanish language preferred
Working knowledge of federal and state employment law (i.e. Title VII, EEOC, ADAA, FMLA, etc.)
Good conflict resolution skills
Physical/Environmental Factors:
Typical office environment within plant setting:
Use of computer, telephone and other office equipment
May encounter frequent interruptions throughout work day
Regularly required to sit, talk, and listen
Repetitive hand motions
Occasional standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 20 lbs
Exposure to noise levels greater than 85 decibels
Exposure to strong, raw meat odor
