As an HR Manager (and business partner) you will have the opportunity to partner with the leadership teams (in defined business units) to provide practical and strategic solutions to support business priorities. You will become a member of a team of HR professionals who execute integrated talent initiatives to assist the business in meeting its’ objectives. More specifically, you will be involved with strategic planning and workforce design, succession planning, talent acquisition and development, retention, learning and development, performance management, compensation, and employee engagement while proactively addressing and helping to resolve key people issues.
This position is both a strategic and “hands on” role.
