Your role in our team

• You will receive function as Benefits Administrator for North American benefit programs, such as health insurance, 401(k), STD, LTD, Life and other related benefit programs
• You will serve as second-level support for all human resource related inquiries from North American employees and managers across all locations and Business Areas
• You will serve as a subject matter expert on plan related issues addressing eligibility, compliance, and annual audit requirements more specifically; reporting requirements for Affordable Care Act (ACA), prepare yearly 1094 and 1095 if requested and partner with HRIS to ensure accuracy
• You will have to oversee maintenance of employee benefits, maintain group benefits database and send updates to payroll
• You will serve as primary contact for plan vendors and third-party administrators
• You will have to document and maintain administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes
• You will have to prepare, collect and organize data for “go to market” assessments
• You will have to create and ensure continuous improvement of standards, policies and procedures for the management of newly hired employees including contract management, standardized if possible
• You will have to ensure that relevant company information and candidates are shared with employees across locations and BA’s
• You will have to produce work according to defined standards and policies
• You will actively drive continuous process and solution improvements
• You will receive HR Communication and Knowledge base management
• You will complete HR Shared Services projects and improvement activities as needed

Your profile

• Yours Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field is preferred
• You have 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources
• You possess effective communication skills
• You have proficiency in MS Office suite
• Your SAP SuccessFactors, Service Now and general HRIS experience is preferred
• You possess English language skills
