What you’ll do*
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic HR Generalist to join our People Experience and Operations team. You will be the first People team member on the ground in the US, ensuring that all our Kpler colleagues get an amazing experience. You will partner with the Head of People and the rest of the team globally to drive our people agenda at Kpler! Your primary focus will be to deliver amazing day to day employee support and HR guidance to our US teams. Here are some of the things you will do:

People Projects
Participate in various projects within the broader People Team to improve the People experience at Kpler. These can be projects like employer branding, employee retention, HR analytics, culture, diversity, onboarding automation, engagement surveys and other initiatives. Also enhancing our People policies and processes by drafting standardized templates, scaling processes, KPI reporting, etc.
