Base Salary Range: $121,300.00 – $151,600.00
Target Total Cash Range: $163,755.00 – $204,660.00
Target Total Cash: *Target total cash represents this role’s annualized cash earning potential at target (base salary + target bonus). Target total cash is contingent on targeted company performance achievement and individual attainment of performance goals. Therefore, target total cash is not guaranteed earnings. In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.

Location: Chicago- Pittsburgh- or Toronto – Standard Business Hours- Company in CST- Hybrid (3 days in office- 2 at home)

Kraft Heinz is currently hiring a Digital Employee Experience Lead within the IT & HR Corp Functions team
As a Digital Employee Experience Lead will have significant understanding of Employee lifecycle journeys- Global Employee Experience and the supporting technology. The Digit Employee Experience Lead will be passionate about delivering the best possible end user experience across technologies and platforms and ideally have prior experience in building out an Employee Experience layer and have a good understanding of integration design and usage.
What’s on the menu?
Serves as the strategic IT partner to the HR global Experience lead and team
Develops in Collaboration with the Product Owner Strategic Roadmap
Operates across technologies to ensure the best experience is achieved
Partners with application support resources for target and source systems involved in Employee Journey
Accountable for product specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking of KPI metrics to stakeholders against product strategy and vision
Partner with HR Experience Product owner and IT Experience platform owner
