WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As the Operations Manager you will ensure smooth daily operational activities and processes across the company with a strong focus on warehousing & logistics while continuously liaising with other departments in the company such as sales, procurement and finance.
You will be responsible for managing Krannich’s resources, developing and implementing an operational plan and ensuring that procedures are carried out properly. Additionally, you will regularly evaluate organizational efficiency and make necessary changes to maximize staff productivity. Furthermore, you will assess the needs of the company and find ways to contribute to the big picture by ensuring daily operations run smoothly and as efficiently as possible.
Your Task
· Analyze and optimize process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes
· Refine operations systems by determining product flow, handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures
· Ensure our logistics operations are providing reliable, high-quality and cost-effective solutions
· Contribute to and support the digitalization process in the company
· Review and approve all operational invoices in your purview and ensure they are submitted to finance for payment
· Ensure all processes remain compliant with OSHA and other governmental regulations
· Manage staff levels and hours of employees in your purview
· Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing staff performance
· Working with the human resources department to create job descriptions, hire competent personnel and oversee employee training programs

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
