We are currently looking for a highly motivated Accountant to help meet the growing demand for our services to join our team in our fast-paced environment in Brainerd, MN.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for accounts payable and receivable.
• Responsible for accounting and job costing for select projects, including preparation of budget vs. actual cost information.
• Responsible for entering all project-related information into the construction accounting system to ensure timely and accurate job cost information.
• Responsible for maintaining budget controls and ensuring job costs and other project reports are accurate.
• Ability to effectively communicate accounting and project-related matters with Project Managers, with a focus on industry best practices.
• Responsible for cash management.
• C.I.P and financials preparation.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Required)
• 3+ years of experience in accounting
• 3+ years of experience in Excel & Office Suite

· Starting at $65,000 and up (based on level of experience)
