WHO YOU ARE:
The ideal person for our company will have knowledge of how and why to perform preventative maintenance on vehicles. Experienced ability to correctly diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues. Able to focus on the customer concern first and recommendations second. Looking to improve your knowledge an ability.

LEAD TECHNICIAN

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose and repair automotive systems including suspension, brake and hydraulic, exhaust, fuel and ignition, A/C performance, and computer systems.
• Assist in mentoring other repair technicians with technical issues.
• Address customer driveability concerns including alignments.
• Continuously educate yourself on new technology and techniques.
• Maintain a high level of productivity.

QUALIFICATIONS: * Our technicians require a minimum of 5+ years as dedicated technician experience.

• Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
• ASE Certifications preferred but not required.

Automotive Mechanic: The ideal candidate for this position will have the knowledge to pull apart pieces from vehicles and accurately replace them with the required parts.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Repair and replace parts in vehicles in a timely and well done manner.
• Assist the lead mechanic with any jobs or tasks that need to be completed.
• Assist in doing alignments and tire changes, A/C work and other misc. jobs.
• Maintain a high productivity level throughout the workday by also assisting in other shop areas when necessary and when asked.

QUALIFICATIONS: * Knowledge of tools and equipment.

• Knowledge of overall shop ability and productivity – i.e. knowing when and how to help.
• Detail and deadline oriented – ability to complete jobs well and in the allotted time.
