JOB SUMMARY: The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for all aspects of recruiting talent across
La Rabida. Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies, to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent for the organization. Responsible for the development, implementation and performance of all Human Resources programs, training, compliance.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
Minimum of 10 years in Human Resources Administration as well as Managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process in healthcare/hospital.
