Chief People Officer

The Position

We seek a Chief People Officer to join our LADD team. LADD is a Cincinnati-based non-profit that supports adults with developmental disabilities. The agency has 185 employees and a budget of around $12M.

We are looking for a collaborator who is excited to share their human resources depth and breadth of experience to partner with us in creating an organizational culture rooted in our values and mission. We seek a colleague who is excited to be part of creating a brand new role at the agency and has both the experience on the technical, policy and data side of HR and a desire for LADD’s employees to thrive personally and professionally. You must be undaunted by change management and fully committed to both achieving and maintaining diversity, equity and inclusion at every level of the organization.

The CPO position is based in Cincinnati. The salary is competitive and based upon experience.
