This is a hybrid work position with 3 days in office and 2 remote working days.Job Summary: The Senior Marketing Account Supervisor will work as a liaison between the marketing department and our internal business groups (“clients”), serving as the “voice” for the client. The Senior Marketing Account Supervisor will be performing extensive research and gain an in-depth understanding of the client’s business and marketing goals and objectives, their market and competitive challenges, and learn about their products and competition. This also includes working with the SVP of Marketing to develop an annual marketing plan for each client, including a 12-month marketing calendar along with the appropriate tracking/measurement variables. Additionally, the Senior Marketing Account Supervisor will lead overseeing, training, mentoring and continuous development of Junior Account Executives and/or Account Executives as well as the hiring of those roles.Responsibilities:

• Conducts/participates in regular client meetings, providing ideas and suggestions on strategic initiatives, developing written call reports, and following up on key marketing projects by working with marketing staff (art department, project manager, web designer, etc.) to ensure client marketing goals are achieved.

• Leads the creation and implementation of a 12-month annual marketing plan for each internal business client.

• Oversees the training, mentoring and development of Junior Account Executives and/or an Account Executives; administers performance evaluations and recommends appropriate personnel actions. Leads the hiring of Junior Account Executives and/or an Account Executives.

• Heavily involved in the CRM system and its capabilities to help manage the segmentation of member data to identify opportunities to grow our business. Identifies member segments and life stages and the member segments with the greatest propensity (wants and needs) for particular products and services.

• Leads and manages the tracking and evaluation (ROI) for various marketing projects, makes recommendations for improvement and provide analysis and reporting (analytics) based on the outcome versus goal. Organizes research, primary and secondary, and organizes the findings in a written report and communicating relevant finds to the client and marketing staff.

• Ensures projects are completed in a timely manner by working with marketing staff and clients and communicating status to all relevant parties.

• Maintains a thorough understanding of the client’s business environment and goals by participating in meetings, conducting appropriate competitive research, working with client and staff (ex. going on calls with Loan Officers, meeting realtors and mortgage customers and prospects) and staying current on industry trends.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Three or more years of similar or related experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing or Business, or Masters in Communication or MBA.

• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Work and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).

• Demonstrated skill at effectively managing multiple client (business group) relationships.

• Creative and organized – able to simultaneously handle multiple projects.

• Self-motivated with high level of drive, energy, persistence and initiative.
