We are a well established, successful independent garage looking to hire a career minded individual. The majority of our clientele is repeat and referral. The shop is conveniently located just outside of Lancaster city on the busy Manheim Pike, near the corner of Fruitville Pk, Keller Ave, Manheim Pk, and the Prince St bridge. We work Monday through Friday and NO weekends or nights. We pride ourselves in providing the best service to our customers. We believe that if the employee is dedicated to the needs of the business, we as owners, are dedicated to the needs of the employee.
-Job Responsibilities
Welcome customers, and assist them with their questions
Answer the phones
Ability to schedule work
Discuss repairs/maintenance needs with customers
Ability to ask for the sale
Generate, and finalize repair orders
Basic cleaning around service counter, and waiting room, and restroom.
Professional, well groomed appearance

Valid PA driver’s license
Basic computer operation
High school diploma
ANY college degree is a HUGE plus
The ability to ask for the sale, is paramount to the understanding of a vehicle. We are willing to assist the right candidate with regards to understanding basic vehicle operation. An effective salesperson has the innate ability to sell bananas, pianos, or shoelaces: )
