We are looking for our first HR coordinator/ Executive admin to join our team. In this role you will have a direct impact on the internal culture of our company as you help support the CEO and the people/talent team.

Assistant to Chief Executive Officer:
Schedule meetings and travel, maintain calendars, prepare/edit letters, reports, and emails.
Maintain calendar and logistics for staff meetings and periodic off-site events.
Keep the CEO organized, informed and prepared for meetings and presentations.
Draft talking points and help prepare for press visits, conferences and interviews
Manage day to day external relations with media, partners, vendors, sponsors, and investors
HR Coordinator:
Support talent team in creating job descriptions
Post jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed, specialized sites
Provide white-glove applicant support
Schedule interviews for hiring managers and complete reference checks as needed
Lead employee onboarding and serve as point of contact for issues, organizational policies, procedures and benefits.
Support employee engagement, organize team building calendar and activities
Lead, plan, and organize annual company offsites
