The Director of Human Resources is responsible for creating and executing on strategic priorities for HR Operations and Recruiting across the credit union. The Director of Human Resources develops and leads the administration of Langley’s Human Resources operational and employee service delivery functions including compensation and benefits, payroll, employee relations, legal and regulatory compliance, policy development and HRMS Administration. The Director also leads the Recruiting department and is responsible for creating and driving Talent Acquisition strategies and tactics to attract and select a high performing, diverse workforce, and a sustainable talent pipeline to drive business results. Key to this role is the ability to drive a culture of superior service to Langley employees and managers and implementing and maintaining operational excellence in all aspects of the department. They build trusted, collaborative relationships across the entire organization to ensure the effectiveness of HR and a culture of positive employee relations. The Director of Human Resources serves as a model and champion for Langley culture and the employee experience.
