GeBBS Consulting is a healthcare technology professional services and consulting firm based in Towson, Maryland. We are celebrating our 25th year in business. We have two divisions: 1) Hospital / Provider Practice 2) Managed Care / Payer Practice – we work directly with health plans (very strong in the Blue Cross Blue Shield space).

We are currently hiring a Human Resource Generalist for an exciting REMOTE career opportunity.

Required skills:

  • Well-rounded HR Generalist
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Self-starter
  • Experience in creating a Talent Center of Excellence
  • Creating Job Family Structures (not just writing job family descriptions)
  • Talent Review/evaluation – that will feed into workforce/succession planning (this is more than just performance)
  • Workforce planning / Succession planning
