Job Duties
– Performs all vehicle repairs as indicated by the ASE and Chrysler technician training and standards.
– Required to keep a Fixed First Visit score of 85% or higher.
– Keep all documentation within the specifications of Chrysler warranty standard.
– Attains efficiency of 100% or higher
– Always appears well groomed, in uniform, andat all times, represents the dealership in an honest and appropriate manner.
– Acts as a team player, committed to the goalsof the dealership.
– Exhibits a work ethic which ensures regularattendance, promptness, and adherence to scheduled mealtime and breaks.
– Appropriately enlists the assistance ofsupervisor when tasks require information not known.
– Assists management in developing a system inwhich customer loyalty is established.
– Communicates issues of concern with supervisoras soon as they occur.
– Openly and honestly communicates with otheremployees, management and dealer principle.
– Continuously strives to improve the processesin which he/she is involved.
– At all times, personally meets or exceeds allstandards of safety outlined in the Dealership Safety Program and promptlyreports any violations to the Safety Officer.
– At alltimes remains busy, receiving direction from supervisor when all workis completed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $50.00 per hour
