Position: Accountant/Bookkeeper
Location: Fully Remote
Type of Employment: 6-month contract to hire
· Hourly Rate: $30-35/hr.
· Citizenship: US Citizen or Green Card Holder

Job Description:
Main Focus-
· Fully remote
· This will be about 25-35 hours a week
· 5+ years of experience
· Need general bookkeeping skills, QuickBooks experience, account reconciliation
Short-term needs/duties:
· Bookkeeping help
o Bank reconciliation
o Journal entries
o Cash reports
o Payment issuance and accounting
o Month End close
· Reporting – assist in preparing internal reports
o creation of any Ad Hoc reports as necessary
Longer term needs:
· Assisting improve its QuickBooks structure
o Assist in implementing changes in QuickBooks accounting to improve reporting time
o Improve our account/class matrix if possible
o Observe and review our usage of QuickBooks and make suggestions to our processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
