Primarily responsible for specific human resources function(s) listed below such as staffing/recruiting, training, benefits, compensation, etc. Develops and implements processes and procedures according to best practices in the function. Works semi-independently, consulting with management, outside agencies, and vendors.
Essential Functions
Benefits Coordination and Administration
Coordination of Benefits Open Enrollment
Benefits onboarding of new employees
Reconciliation of time and attendance system
Admin specific to new employees, internal promotions/transitions
Direct coordination of temporary employment agencies
Posting and tracking of Open positions
Market compensation and Job Descriptions
Other admin and HR activities as assigned
Employee Relations regarding all of the above
Education and Experience:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3 to 5 years of HR-related experience.
Functional Requirements
Routinely able to:
Carry up to 10 pounds a minimal distance of 100 feet
Walk multiple distances of up to 300 feet
Reach forward, less than 90° shoulder flexion
Sit for prolonged periods
Climb stairs of varying heights
Bend at trunk
Crouch
Reach overhead, over 90° shoulder flexion
