We’re looking for enthusiastic Floater Teachers to join our team of dedicated professionals who spend their days sparking joy and discovery for the next generation of little learners.

LeafSpring School is a 5-star, Cognia, and NAEYC-accredited Preschool with 3 locations in South Charlotte . We are seeking energetic, collaborative, and dedicated floaters to join the FUN with our highly respected, award-winning Leadership Team. Locations: Matthews, Ballantyne, and McAlpine

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must possess a love for children and an ability to relate well with them, their families, and teachers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive attitude and work ethic – must be a team player!
• Prefer at least 2 years of experience in a 5-star program.
• A degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Child Development, or another child-related field or a current CDA certificate is preferred.

Hours:

2:30-6:30 pm M-F
