Lee Johnson Auto Family and more specifically Chevrolet has been a long standing part of the Kirkland community we are now looking to hire automotive sales professionals. We’re a fast-growing player in the automotive retail industry, and we’re looking for self-starters who want to improve the quality of their lives.

We are always first or second in new car sales in the NW region (Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Montana)
You can sell some of the best product on the market with used inventory from every location available to you.
We never over crowd our showroom with too many salespeople.
Every salesperson is also an internet salesperson, we don’t run the old system where we have two internet managers sit in an office and get all the leads.
Over 1500 vehicles available to sell.
Close at 7:00 on Saturdays and 6:00 on Sundays
We promote from within.
Responsibilities:
Establishing personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devising strategies to meet those goals.
Maintaining product knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory; understanding vehicle features and describing their benefit to customers.
Demonstrating automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; participating in test drives, comparing competitive models, explaining warranties and services.
Prospecting and following up daily for potential customers. Maintaining consistent rapport with previously sold customers.
Learning to overcome objections, asking for the sale, negotiating the sale, completing lease and purchase agreements, explaining warranties, services, and other dealership products.
Following dealership safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an automobile salesperson, with a proven sales history preferred. We are however committed to training the right candidate.
Dealership sales experience a plus but not required.
Confidence in your ability to be successful.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Professional appearance and outstanding work ethic.
Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
Superior customer service skills.
A desire to work in a commission, performance-based, environment.
Self-starter and self-motivated.
Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
