As a Sourcer your primary focus will be to utilize various on-line recruiting platforms to identify and assess potential candidates for predefined skillsets. You will communicate and meet with Recruiter Partners to better understand hiring manager needs, clarify processes, provide regular updates and receive feedback on sourcing efforts. You will need to have the ability to create and develop talent pools and communities via various cutting-edge sourcing methods.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Craft and execute Boolean searches and utilize data management and business intelligence skills to extract candidate data from various sources
Develop and send recruiting emails to potential candidates
Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks such as LinkedIn
Review and audit job postings to ensure effectiveness, making recommendations and revisions following consultation with the Recruiting Partners
Recruitment of candidates across a broad spectrum of roles and service lines in multiple locations
Delivery, execution and assessment of Talent that will provide Legacy5 with a recruiting advantage
Actively source qualified candidates using internet databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, cold-calling and employee referrals to build a sustainable candidate pipeline
Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage applicants
Provide outstanding experience for both candidates, recruiters and hiring managers with a focus on serving
Keep informed of trends, market changes, and talent competitors, while delivering outstanding candidate experience through the engagement and connection of critical and diverse talent pools
Refresh aging requisitions and keep management informed of progress
Utilize discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters
Serve as part of the Human Resources team
Candidate Requirements:
1+ years of sourcing and candidate engagement experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience in LinkedIn Recruiter, social media tools, applicant tracking systems, and Boolean searches
Industry experience in civil engineer, architectural, construction or related industry experience is a plus
Experience recruiting in a corporate environment for various types of entry-level, management and senior level positions
Demonstrated proficiency in marketing/sourcing techniques for internet, cold calling, LinkedIn and employee referrals.
Experience using JobScore or similar applicant tracking systems
Ability to develop strong recruiting partnerships
Passion for providing outstanding experience for both candidates and Hiring Managers
Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
