We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team
The ideal candidate will have will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources and an eagerness to learn and develop new skills. Must be able to multitask and manage priorities, have a positive can-do attitude, and strive for excellence. Must also maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professional ethics.
Responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with recruiting – job postings, prescreening, scheduling interviews, applicant tracking
• Onboarding employees – Offer letters, order physicals and background screenings, schedule new hire orientation.
• Benefits – assist with annual open enrollment, and new hire enrollments
• HRIS – data entry new hires, status changes, rate changes (Paychex Flex)
• Maintain electronic employment files
• Schedule employee training
• Manage projects such as file audits, job descriptions, expirations, organizing
• Assist with covid 19 protocols.
• Run reports and disseminate information
• Promote a healthy and positive workplace culture
• Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
