As a Software Engineer at Lendio, you’ll work together with your team and with stakeholders to deliver products quickly and efficiently, keep your commitments, meet deadlines, and plan projects to minimize burnout. You have an eye for quality – you QA your own work and write automated tests. You value long-lasting, effective software, and you implement monitoring tools to help you ensure long-term quality in your solutions.

The Engineering Team works in an iterative, agile environment and finds balance in building the right thing, with the right tools, at the right time. You utilize your industry experience to guide sound technical decisions and to weigh costs and benefits. You value open and proactive communication and thorough planning. You are constantly learning and investing in both your own growth as well as the growth of your fellow engineers. You love to see others succeed. Requirements

Full Stack engineer with experience with at least one object-oriented backend language and at least one frontend JS framework

Can write sophisticated code that is well abstracted

Has experience in back end unit and component testing methodologies

Experience with relational databases and ability to write performant SQL queries

Ability to work in an iterative, agile process

History of leading high-impact projects

Attention to quality and detail

Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a dynamic team
