Overview
Let’s Build Talent is needs two part-time virtual Recruitment Specialists to undertake a variety of hiring activities.You will professionally represent our clients and ensure a positive candidate experience, connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications, conducting first interviews, and supporting hiring managers.
If you have past experience evaluating candidates for a variety of support and operation-level roles, then we would we’d like to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Create and publish job ads in various portals, such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and others
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Screen cover letters and resumes in an efficient manner
- Conduct first interviews by video with qualified candidates
- Prepare written overviews of strong candidates for hiring managers to consider (template provided)
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) or metrics
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Knowledge | Skills | Abilities
- Prior recruiting experience as a corporate recruiter or hiring manager required
- Proficiency with Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and/or LinkedIn job boards
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Ability to record video interviews via Zoom, MS Teams, or similar software
- Calendly, Acuity or other scheduling link so candidates can self-schedule
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written communication skills
- Sense of urgency with hiring managers and candidates alike
- Flexible and adaptable – we are a start-up company that likes to try new ways of doing things – ideas are welcomed here!
Schedule | Compensation
- Two to three days per week – your choice of days!
- One evening per week would be ideal – from 6 PM to 8 PM EST
- 10 to 20 hours per week, based on number of opportunities
- $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience
- W-2 employees only at this time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
