Greetings! LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an highly proficient Medical Customer Service II. to join one of their excellent healthcare organizations located in Indianapolis, IN!
Job Summary:
Processes incoming referrals for home nutrition services. Works with physician offices and other referral sources to coordinate care. Provides education to patients and caregivers to help them understand insurance coverage and to prepare for nutrition services at home.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a medical setting preferred
- High School Diploma / GED required
- 3-5 years of customer service experience required
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical coding required
- Ability to type 30+ words per minute
- Requires working knowledge of computers
- Insurance Knowledge
Work Hours: M-F 8AM-4:30PM
Pay Rate: 17/hr
Training onsite 1-2 weeks – However, will transition to remote after completion of training.
