Liberty Mutual Insurance Hiring for Mgr, Procurement Operations Enablement Job at Remote Full Time

• Manages the process for the triage and assignment of incoming work requests based on established criteria.
• Manages functional utilization of buySmart (Ariba) and Fieldglass, including ongoing production support. Manages and optimizes contract database, supplier database and procure-to-pay processes.
• Establishes and drives continuous improvement in operations processes to improve end user experience. Works with end users to ensure product/service purchasing is in compliance with Procurement Policy.
• Build the clarity, consistency and repeatable solutions/configurations to support business requirements, future state workflows, business rules and guidelines.
• Develop metrics to track key measures of process effectiveness, compliance issues, improve monitoring capabilities and evaluate the effectiveness of improvements.
• Ensures the user experience of suppliers and stakeholders are reasonably met and systems configurations and/or customizations are sound.
• Presents transactional and spend management findings to Procurement senior management. Highlights successes, areas of opportunity, and areas of concern, and provides recommendations to improve current state.
• Manage EXL’s relationship ensuring performance measures are met and identifies a cohesive view of transferrable opportunities. Opportunities should have a measurable impact to capacity and experience.

• Bachelor`s degree or equivalent experience required, in addition to 7-9 years of progressively more responsible experience in the procurement field or a related background
• Advanced degree preferred
• Prior experience with e-Procurement systems strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical, and project management skills required
• Requires an advanced capability in developing strong working relationships with all levels in the organization, including the ability to influence decision-making surrounding spend management initiatives
• Minimum of 2-3 years of management experience required
