Full-Time / Exempt Position – One-person HR office
Linden House Assisted Living and Memory Care has about 90 employees
Key member of the Linden House leadership team collaborating with local management and corporate HR and Payroll departments to coordinate all activities related to Human Resources and payroll functions of the facility.
· Staff Recruitment
· Hiring / Onboarding / General Orientation
· Personnel Record-Keeping
· Employee Benefit enrollment
· Collecting Timekeeping info / Submitting biweekly Payroll
Post High School education desired; B.S. Degree preferred. Experience as HR Generalist required. Experience in healthcare setting preferred.
