What would I do at Litmus?

• Be a change agent for employee success that helps us reach our goals
• Strategically partner with- and coach Department Managers to prioritize people and business outcomes
• Create and deliver empowering People Manager training programs
• You’ll analyze trends and metrics in partnership with PeopleOps/L&D to develop solutions, programs, and opportunities for learning for all levels of the organization
• Actively work with PeopleOps leadership for workforce planning (including succession planning)
• Effectively communicate People Programs including Total Rewards package
• Proactively seek out and deliver feedback from employees—improving the People Experience for all team members
• Promote a positive, productive culture that creates a high-quality employee experience
• Resolve employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations as needed
• Co-develop PeopleOps processes and policies—ensuring multi-state/country regulatory compliance
• Elevate our culture of inclusivity with our Affinity Groups as a champion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

What is Litmus looking for in a candidate?

• 5 plus years as an HR/People Business Partner (HRBP, PBP) or similar—supporting individual contributors through Executives
• High business acumen (data-driven) with matching communication skills—you understand the nuances of tech- or similar industries
• Trust builder. You’re known for your emotional intelligence and integrity when handling sensitive, confidential information
• Curious; you ask as many questions as you answer
• Passionate about Justice, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
• Prior experience supporting a fast-paced 100+ remote (distributed) employees in multiple time zones
• Excellent time management skills, you know how to prioritize, delegate, and when to ask for help
• Technology-minded and an advocate for automation; you’re familiar with a variety of PeopleOps tools including HRISs, ATSs, Google Workplace (or similar)
• Startup experience is helpful but not required
