Being a part of the Human Resources Team as our HR Data analyst in the Talent Analytics team, you will partner with the Human Resources and Information Technology teams to identify new leading platforms, expand business impact, and drive greater transformation.

Your success in this role requires a thorough understanding of Human Capital Analytics. You’ll utilize this expertise as we work on main priorities while providing daily business continuity.
The right person for the job must have recent experience in running Human Capital Analytics projects while supporting HR and business leadership. Share your examples of how you have supported the Human Resources function and broader enterprise in the analysis and interpretation of people-related data, metrics, and reporting. Required Education, Skills & Experience:
Bachelor or master’s in data science, computer science, statistics, psychology, economics, or human resources
Deep technical hands-on expertise in data analytics, data visualization (e.g. QLIK, Tableau, ggplot2), business intelligence, reporting and software
Experience with R or Python and a range of data types of various structures and sizes
Working knowledge of various database management and HRIS systems, knowledge of and experience with key HR processes
Desired:
Experience with Workday HR information systems is a plus.
