Basic Qualifications
– Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related engineering or computer science discipline
– Ability to obtain security clearance
– At least 6 years of experience with all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and corresponding processes, standards and methodologies
– Demonstrated experience utilizing Agile frameworks and understanding of Agile development concepts
– Experience with Cost estimation/Proposal experience, including software sizing estimation
– Experience in coding in various languages, software application development, common coding standards, configuration management principles
– Experience with systems, software, hardware architectures
– Experience with integration and testing techniques, including automated testing, code coverage and continuous integration and deployment
– Full spectrum leader with a proven track record of effective team leadership, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal skills, customer interaction

Job Description
Are you an accomplished Software Engineering team lead? This dynamic position supports a hardworking Lockheed Martin team responsible for the engineering of Common Source Library used on naval ships and other applications. You will work in a collaborative Agile environment supporting the full lifecycle of complex state-of-the-art systems that are deployed across the globe. From simulating the entire Aegis Combat System, developing tactical software, to developing applications to support data analysis and mission outcome, you will drive the development of enterprise software capabilities enabled by cloud-based software tools, agile methodologies, integration and automated test accelerating delivery timelines. You will act as a software authority and help to guide the team through various program achievements and customer demos.
