Logic Staffing PRO is recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for a direct hire opportunity as a HR Generalist for a local Distribution Facility located in Auburn, Washington.
This is a full-time, permanent position – and they are seeking someone to start as soon as possible.
This role is 50% recruiting and 50% HR support (general employee relations, LOA’s, benefits inquiries, new hire onboarding – a true generalist position).
Their ideal candidate will be trainable, possess critical thinking skills, be proactive and enjoy tracking and analyzing HR data/KPI’s.
This is an on-site position, located in Auburn, WA.
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:30a -5:00p
