We are looking for an energetic, fun, happy, bright person who LOVES kids to join our incredible pediatric team. Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, taking messages, filing/alphabetizing, faxing, creating patient charts and communicating clearly with billing staff, nursing staff and physicians. Experience with kids and people skills/computer skills a must. Minimum 3 years medical office experience required. Position is 4.5 days/week, no nights or weekends except 2 Saturdays in the fall for Flu Vaccine Clinic. For more information about our practice/services, please visit www.4moms4kids.com
