This full-time job is located at Lovelace Medical Group, a multispecialty provider group, which includes clinics, doctors and advanced practice providers in a broad range of specialties and primary care, and provides patients with exceptional health care through the support of Lovelace Health System hospitals and technology.
Responsibilities
- Accurately schedules and pre-registers all patients for designated area in multiple computer programs.
- Handles caller requests, providing world class customer assistance with high focus on first call resolution.
- Be able to adapt in flexible and quick changing environments while maintaining positive caller interaction and quality standards.
- Meet/exceed established industry standard service goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Average expectation of 78 – 90 calls/day
Qualifications
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- One (1) year related experience preferred
- Medical terminology helpful
- Scheduling knowledge helpful
- Registration and insurance knowledge preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work independently
- Intermediate computer skills and knowledge highly preferred
