Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this role is to lead the team responsible to ensure employment compliance (federal, state and local) is met and adhered-to in all U.S. Lowe’s locations (e.g. stores, distribution centers, corporate support centers, etc.). This includes responsibility for monitoring new, amended, and existing U.S. employment laws (federal, state, and local) to determine impact to Lowe’s and developing and deploying plans to ensure ongoing compliance. The Manager will work closely with legal partners to identify and assess trends and manage emerging risks. This role will provide advice, consultation, and guidance on company policies and procedures related to regulatory matters. This role must apply knowledge of employment and labor laws, government regulations, and agency rules in order to make informed decisions.
