Minimum qualifications include a minimum of an earned master’s degree in business administration, business analytics, business
intelligence, econometrics, data science, statistics, or a closely related field. Although not required, a PhD and a record of recent
research activities as defined by AACSB will be preferred. Industry certifications such as the Certified Business Analyst, Certified
Analytics Professional, Six Sigma Black Belt, or similar certifications are desirable.
Candidates are expected to have
proficiency in several of: R, Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Stata.
Specific Duties:
Online teaching of at least 1 or 2 courses per academic year may be expected of this position.
While this is a teaching
focused position, preference will be given to candidates who can publish in peer reviewed business or analytics journals.

The Joseph A. Butt, S.J., College of Business
currently enrolls almost 600 undergraduate students in degree programs leading to majors in accounting, analytics, economics, finance,
management, marketing, and international business. Approximately 150 students are enrolled in graduate programs. Recently, the College
launched a new undergraduate program in Entrepreneurship and graduate programs in Marketing & Communication and Healthcare Management.
Both undergraduate (International Business) and graduate (Entrepreneurship) programs are ranked in the top 25 by US News & World Report.
The College requires all undergraduate students to complete internships and provides career preparation through its Portfolio Program.
