We’re seeking an individual that has experience in Human Resources and can approach the role with an appreciation for innovation, inclusion, and transparency. This position requires strategic thinking, strong written and oral communication skills, talent management experience, collaboration, independent judgment, and the ability to influence others.
Most Important Job Responsibilities:
Relationship Management – Partner with leadership to provide consultative skills/talent management that drive best in class client services.
Workforce Strategy Ownership – Support key HR initiatives by designing and implementing workforce strategies to meet organization objectives.
Innovation and Strategy – A core value at LT Partners is innovation, so the person in this role will need to be constantly in the loop on innovative HR initiatives and at the forefront of rules, laws, trends, best practices, and benefits.

Demonstrated professional success in human resources
Leadership skills and a passion for creating trustworthy relationships
Develop individuals/ teams to succeed toward their goals
Apply coaching with individuals/ teams and facilitative leadership
Experience with HR strategies, policies, processes, employment law, and industry trends
Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation ensuring alignment to organization objectives and consistently approaches assignments with flexibility, creativity, and a positive attitude
Compensation: commensurate with experience, estimated $60,000 – $80,000 / year. LT Partners offers unlimited vacation, ten holidays off per year, the week between Christmas and New Years off, birthday day off, half-day summer Fridays, employee fully covered medical insurance, FSA, Life Insurance, 401k, 4 months fully paid parental leave, and annual bonus.
