Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a high energy and results driven individual to train and recruit Energy Consultants, Appointment Setters and Sales Managers for our Arizona and Florida Team.

Paid travel to Orlando Florida will be required.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Training & Recruitment Manager, you will build and constantly develop an all-star, high performing Canvassing Team in Arizona & Florida and continuously recruit and train top-notch Energy Advisors both in Arizona & Florida to CLOSE SALES. You yourself must be an expert Canvasser/Appointment Setter and Sales Closer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire and train Canvassers/Appointment Setters.
• Recruit, hire and train Energy Advisors/Sales Professionals.
• Lead in person and virtual trainings multiple times weekly.
• Sell solar via direct sales, company set appointments, referrals, etc.
• Assist National Sales Director with building a lasting culture of fun, success, and personal development.

• Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly and Annual performance Goals.

Compensation:

Average Annual Compensation for this position is between $225,000 and $390,000 Annually.

Requirements:

• 3 PLUS YEARS IN SOLAR ENERGY INDUSTRY
• 3 plus years experience in High Ticket Sales
• 3 plus years experience in Sales management
• Proven track record of personal sales volume
• Must possess strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor
• Demonstrated experience in closing sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $225,000.00 – $390,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
• Signing bonus

Experience:

• Solar Sales: 3 years (Required)
