At Luna Grill the Restaurant Manager, you will:
- Assist with building restaurant sales, and maintaining budget through the P&L
- Prepare a weekly schedule for the Front of the House with the assistance of the General Manager
- Process all reports in a timely manner
Our Restaurant Managers need to:
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
- Show and provide effective leadership and problem-solving skills
- Provide a strong, detailed orientation to all front of the house team members
