We are looking for a skilled Auto Mechanic to diagnose and repair simple and complex vehicle issues. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repair. An excellent auto mechanic has good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. They are well-versed in complex mechanical or electronic systems of most types of vehicles and have excellent problem-solving abilities. Skills
- Proven experience as an Auto Mechanic, with 5+ years of experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical components
- Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
- Ability to handle various tools and heavy equipment (e.g. lifts)
- Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday (7:00am to 5:30pm) with rotating Saturdays (7:00am – 12:00 noon)
- Certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is beneficial but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
