Apply now Refer someone An excellent new opportunity has become available for the position of Executive Assistant within on our dynamic NY based Human Resources team. The Human Resources function in the Americas is responsible for the management and support of HR related activities for approximately 3,000 employees across multiple business lines. Your communication and organizational skills will be utilized as you provide support to the Regional Head of HR and associated leadership team. In addition to overseeing the schedule management for the Head of HR, you will also be responsible for various HR operations activities, including invoice processing for the regional HR team. You will also be responsible for performing discreet tasks as requested by the Head of HR, including support of individual HR initiatives and projects. Using your attention to detail you will be responsible for booking and coordinate travel for Head of HR and the direct reports, organize requisition of all HR team equipment including laptops, mobile devices, corporate amex, shared drive access and remote access. Your ability to work collaboratively will be required as you advise and train HR staff on systems and procedures, coordinating with internal and external contacts, as required. If you have 3 years + experience in a similar role and ideally with HR and a Financial Services Firm then we would love to hear from you.
